2011, a tuesday
Called about getting cable, but Comcast’s prices are ridiculous so I couldn’t pull the trigger. Plus, been having internet issues. Fiddled about with my router and modem to no avail. Reviewed calculus. Met Kim for my bike lesson – it went really well! It was kind of a try-out to see if we liked each other, and I figured we’d hang for no more than half an hour, but we ended up staying out almost two and a half hours. Was sweaty and bruised and sore and exhausted at the end. Drove across the way to a new Indian restaurant and ordered half the menu. Collapsed at home and stuffed myself. Then started looking deeper into the wifi problem – fast-forward to 1am: I’ve been on the phone with Eric for three hours and the conclusion is that my router has died/is dying a slow death. Bummer.

2010, a monday
worked out. did absolutely nothing productive. headache crept up on me mid-afternoon and got worse and worse, causing me to cancel my awesome star trek related plans and instead pass out for hours on my couch. bleh.
2009, a sunday
slept in then drove to burbank and read and laid out at maria and clayton’s pool. played with chloe and read some more on the porch (‘the historian’ is so good i can hardly put it down!) then watched ‘true blood’ (this week’s had so many pay-offs!!) and ate dinner (take out from santa fe café) while m&c went to see ‘district 9′. home for a shower and more reading.
