it's rare these days that i see something online that i like enough to immediately post, but when i read this...well, you'll see.
a fantastic article wherein the author imagines things from a kid's point of view. includes: a conversation at the grownup table as imagined at the kids' table, a day at unicef headquarters as i (the author) imagined it in third grade, and how college kids imagine the us government - present day and in the 60's.

Awesome. I think more dialogues need to contain "There was a big sex."
The loud friend panged something from childhood...weird, wasn't it, when you were really young and parents friends previously unbeknownst to you came into your world?
